Thank you everyone for posting and making us aware about these issues with the rebates. We absolutely will honor the rebate program we have in place for our loyal customers. If anyone has any questions about what you need to send in for your rebate or if you have not received it yet, please call customer service at 1-800-745-3391 M-F 8am-8pm ET and we will work with you to make sure you receive it as promised.

We were told by the demonstrator that the machine came with a $30 rebate AND 2 free cartons. However the 2 offers seem exclusive because they both ask for the *original* UPC symbol from the box. Anyone else come across this? Thx

Yes! I have the same dilemma so I am just going to try to send in a copy of the bar code and hope that they honor their commitment.

Yes, there was a typo of come sort I checked with customer service - just send the copy should be ok.

Bought my mashine 3 months ago and sent everything for my rebate. Didn't get anything: not box of free capsules, not $30. Sent them email-after bunch of promised emails that I will get everything in the 10 days I got box of free capsules. Still not rebate and no answers to my emails. I guess I will never get it.
