Rec'd my Dolce-Gusto for Christmas 2008-sent for repair 3/3/08 was returned 8 wks later with knob broken off--took another 8wks for me to call, complained loudly and was sent a replacement. Love the machine--hate the repair svc!!!

I woke up in the morning and when I tried to make coffee thru dolce gusto, the button to turn it on is not working. What seems to be the problem. I check the connection to the outlet and it is ok.
