Ive had my machine for a little over a year and one morning it wouldnt turn on. I was so heart broken, so I called dolce gusto and guess what, with the warranty they sent me a brand new one and I had it within 5 days. Thats what I call great costumer service! I love all the coffees and look forward to trying new ones!

I Love my piccolo once I figured out a trick with the water volumes. The temperature wasnt hot enough until I realized to let the light turn green before starting to brew. I count to 12 after I see water dispensing. I also cut the top of capsule and drain into cup before discarding. Tried squeezing excess into cup until getting sprayed in face and burning fingers. Try mixing 1 cup DG with 1 cup of very strong brewed coffee for a real BOOST. Helps that 9 dollar box go a little further. I would gladly pay around 5 dollars a box. Just ordered my second free box which should arrive in a couple of days. Great machine, mine gets frequent use and doesnt leak a drop. The adjustable tray lets me fit various cups tightly to prevent dripping or spraying of water.
